How do I secure my wedding date with you?
Please note, due to my professional commitments I confirm availability and open bookings 6-9 months in advance. If I am available on your selected date, to officially secure the booking, a signed contract and non-refundable booking fee of £115 is required. This fee covers the cost of your comprehensive Bridal Trial and guarantees my confirmed availability on your wedding date. The remaining balance for the wedding day service is due 4 weeks before the event.
When should I book my bridal trial?
I recommend booking your bridal trial 2-4 months before your wedding date. By this time you will have your dress, accessories and clearer ideas about your final style. After booking with me I will send you a detailed guide on how best to prepare for your trial.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Travel up to 15 miles from my base is included. Beyond this, travel is charged at £0.50 per mile (round trip). Parking, tolls, and congestion charges are not included, these charges are added separately and are itemized clearly in your personalized quote.
How many people can you accommodate in one booking?
I typically allocate 80-90 minutes for the bride and 45-60 minutes for each additional person. This time ensures a detailed, relaxed application with adequate time for final touch ups. To ensure every look receives my focused attention and maintains the highest standard of quality, I cap the total number of applications per booking at 5 people (including the bride). On some occasions, depending on the timeline I may be able to accomodate a sixth person. This limit allows me to guarantee a relaxed, luxurious experience for everyone without rushing. Should your party exceed this number, you are welcome to book a separate, external makeup artist independently. I do not provide or manage additional artists, as I prefer to personally guarantee the quality and continuity of service for every application.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my wedding date?
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee covers time reserved and preparation and is not refundable in the event of cancellation. If you need to cancel, no further payment will be required beyond the booking fee. If you need to move your date I will do my best to accommodate you, but this is subject to my availability.
